TSAMPA Muesli – the Tibetan breakfast
TSAMPA muesli is a perfect way to start the day! Inspired by the Tibetan tradition of enjoying Tsampa for breakfast, we have developed this muesli for you. Selected ingredients such as amaranth, millet flakes and linseed, in combination with the TSAMPA flour, make our muesli a digestible and fortifying dish. Coconut blossom sugar and raisins bring some sweetness and together with the nutty-roasted taste of Tsampa, TSAMPA Muesli gives you a slightly roasted sweet taste.
Delicious with the milk of your choice
Feel free to mix our TSAMPA muesli with the milk you want ! Whether cow, plant or nut milk, with every type of milk, the muesli tastes delicious! Experiment with a wide range of flavours depending on the milk you use. If you want to make it using the traditional method, you can also mix it with cold or warm water. The possibilities are endless!
The smart breakfast
In TSAMPA muesli every ingredient is thought out and has a purpose. Tsampa and the oat flakes supply the body with long-chain carbohydrates and fibre, so that you are sate and supplied with long-lasting energy. Millet helps in detoxifying the body thanks to its anti-oxidative effect and enables a healthy start of the day. Amaranth contains all the essential amino acids and stimulates metabolism. The raisins and the coconut blossom sugar ensure a sweet taste and above all provide you with instant energy thanks to the small portion of short-chain carbohydrates. Eventually, linseed will help the stomach to digest all the ingredients mentioned above.
